ABOUT

Location
I am based in Sydney, Australia.
My background is different, in a good way.
Before I transitioned into Learning Design, I had a career as an artist in the media industry, working collaboratively on games, visual effects, and animation. These experiences, alongside my education, have equipped me with skills in visual storytelling, technical execution, and interpersonal communication—key elements in creating engaging and effective multimedia learning experiences.

I approach with a mindset of empathy and understanding.
I understand how frustrating it can be when the typical learning methods don't work. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, after struggling for years with focus and processing information in traditional ways. This experience shapes how I connect with learners—I am passionate about creating accessible, inclusive, and supportive learning experiences that truly take their needs into account.

Learning is at the heart of what I do.
I am curious and open-minded by nature. This has led to me becoming a jack-of-all-trades, since I enjoy diving into different areas, whether it’s tech, design, or problem-solving. I'm also a systems thinker by default. For me, every discipline and idea is linked—knowledge forms an intricate web where each thread influences the others. Wherever I go I spot connections, patterns, and broader implications.
